Although we are still in the process of selecting teams at all of the levels and our season has not officially started, the Beverly Little League Executive Board has decided to postpone and suspend all team activities until further notice in an abundance of caution.  This includes all practices, team gatherings, and league-sponsored group workouts that some teams may have currently scheduled and announced for this week or weekend.  If you have received prior notice from a team coach about a practice or meeting, that is cancelled. 

We fully expect at this time that our 2020 season will go forward starting in late April as planned.  We will be working on practice and game schedules as we monitor the status, and we will remain in close contact with officials from our District and Little League International for any guidance and recommendations.  Please know that we have no notice of any direct health risk to our league or any volunteers or players.  We are taking these steps in advance because the health and safety of our children and families is paramount.  We will provide updates on the season as soon as available.

Please continue to look for further communications from the League and individual team coaches while we work cooperatively through the current circumstances.  This continues to be a fluid situation for everyone involved.  Our hope is that we will all be on the fields enjoying baseball soon.  Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to a Board member.
